What is Premember?
Premember is a windows based desktop application developed to make time tracking easier and faster by giving the user the ability to look back in time.
Specially designed for free lancers and small business , for people who work most of the day behind a computer.
With Premember you can easily fill in your hours at the end of the week and export this data into invoices, reports, etc.

What Versions are available?
The following three versions of Premember are available:
A version where you can have a 31 day test drive.
- Light (freeware)
A version with limited features made for the user who doesn’t need all the features of the Standard version.
The Standard version with all the features which allows for a unlimited amount of projects and task categories.

How does it work?
Thorough the day Premember saves screenshots.
In Premember there is a intuitive interface called “Remind Me” to view these screenshots.
In this interface colors are set for the different windows you work on so you can see in a blink of a eye on what you have worked .
With this info you can then fill in your hours easy at the end of the week.

Exporting to word
Premember gives you the possibility to make automatically Word documents.
Premember includes 2 templates a invoice and a report that you can easy alter to reflect your own style.
Besides these 2 templates it’s also possible to make your own customized documents.
The only limitation in documents you can make is your own imagination.
Importing from outlook
To make it easy to fill in the tasks when you don’t sit behind your computer we have developed this plugin.
It allows you to import appointments from within outlook into Premember.
System Requirements:
*1 Premember itself takes about 10 MB for the actual program the metadata and screenshots account for 200 to 300 mb a day.These can easily be deleted by one click of a button in the configuration dialog or configured that there is only a maximum number of days of screenshots saved.
*2 Premember is build on the Microsoft .NET technology and therefore requires .NET Framework to operate on. If you don’t have it pre-installed on your computer, you can download it from the Microsoft website : Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0.
*3 This is needed for exporting to word and importing from outlook, Premember can be used on a system without office but these 2 features will then be not available.
