*1 Premember itself takes about 10 MB for the actual program the metadata and screenshots account for 200 to 300 mb a day.These can easily be deleted by one click of a button in the configuration dialog or configured that there is only a maximum number of days of screenshots saved.

You can see if there is a new update available and update the program by going in the Main Menu to “Help”-> “Check for updates”.
You will get a message if there is a update available and offered a choice to update the program.

Yes, most of the data is stored in xml files and to backup certain parts of the program you simply have to copy these files.
The data for the Filters,Clients, Projects, Task Categories and Tasks is saved in the directory : “Install directory/configuration” you can copy the files “ScreenShotDisplayFilters.xml”,”Clients.xml”,”Projects.xml” and “Tasks.xml” to a backup directory.
The data for the word plugin is saved in the the installation directory you can copy the files “WordProperties.XML” and “WordExportProjList.XML” to a backup directory.
